The Student Credit Card Scheme was introduced by the Bihar government to assist students who are struggling financially to continue their education after the 12th grade or after Graduation.
Students who want to enroll in technical or management programmes like BCA, BBA, BSc. IT, PGDM, BBM, MBA, MCA etc. but are unable to pay their tuition might benefit from our student credit card programme. This program's major objective is to help less fortunate students pursue further education at a respectable institution like BIBS and find employment at prestigious multinational firms.
1. Applicant must be a permanent resident of the state of Bihar.
2. The educational institution where the student is from is recognized by the state or central government-related regulatory agency.
3. Under the Student Credit Card Scheme 2020, students will be given loans for higher education for general courses, and technical or professional programs.
4. Students of the state should be 12th pass under this scheme.

1. Visit the website: www.7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in
2. Once you go on this website, click on New Applicant Registration
3. Fill in all the required details, including Name, Email id, Aadhaar card number, and Phone Number, and Click Yes
4. Enter the OTP received on your registered Phone number/email ID and Click the Submit button
5. You will receive a message saying that you have registered successfully. Go to the Homepage and log in with your given credentials on your mail ID.
6. Provide all the required personal details and click on the submit button
7. A drop-down menu named “Select Scheme” will appear. Here select the student credit card option
8. Now enter the personal details of the Applicant and Co-applicant
9. Then, you will get a Unique ID number on your registered email ID and phone number
10. Save your application form in a PDF format
11. After a few days, you will get a message or an email mentioning the date and time to visit the center.
12. Visit the center along with the PDF of the application and complete the rest of the procedure
