Fee Refund & Admission Cancellation Policy

Bradford International Business School, Patna

Bradford International Business School follows the applicable fee, admission and refund provisions of Aryabhatta Knowledge University (AKU), Patna, along with the notifications/executive orders issued by the competent University authorities from time to time.

Admission Cancellation

A student/candidate may apply for cancellation or withdrawal of admission through a written application to the Institution.
Where admission is provisional, it may be cancelled if the candidate fails to produce the required proof of eligibility within the prescribed University timeline.
An admission offer may stand withdrawn if the candidate fails to deposit the prescribed fee by the specified date or fails to complete registration by the last registration date.

Fee Refund

The AKU MBA Ordinance specifically provides that the amount, mode and refund of fees under special circumstances shall be notified and revised by the Vice-Chancellor from time to time and implemented through an Executive Order. Accordingly, Bradford International Business School shall process refunds strictly in accordance with the latest applicable AKU notification/Executive Order.

Refund Procedure

The student must submit a written Fee Refund / Admission Cancellation application to the Institution.
The application should include the admission/fee receipt and the required student and bank details.
The Institution will verify the admission record, fee payment and applicable University rules.
After approval, the eligible refund, if any, will be processed through the prescribed institutional/University procedure.

Important Conditions

Refund is not automatic on withdrawal; eligibility and the refundable amount will be determined under the applicable AKU rules/Executive Order.
University/portal, examination, registration or other statutory charges, where applicable, shall be dealt with according to the relevant University rules.
Any dues payable by the student may be adjusted before release of an eligible refund, subject to applicable rules.
This policy shall be updated whenever AKU issues a revised notification, Executive Order or other binding instruction relating to fee refund.

Note: In case of any conflict, the latest applicable AKU ordinance, notification or Executive Order shall prevail.
